Instructions

- Roast Carrots: Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Spread the coated carrots evenly on a sheet pan. Roast for 25 minutes, tossing halfway through to ensure even cooking. Optionally, broil for 2 to 3 minutes at the end to achieve caramelized, browned edges.
