Instructions

- Coat avocado slices: Working one slice at a time, use one hand to dredge each avocado slice in the flour mixture ensuring even coverage, then dip into the non-dairy milk. Immediately transfer the slice to the panko breadcrumbs and coat both sides thoroughly. Arrange the coated slices in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Spray and air fry: Lightly spray the coated avocado slices with oil spray to help achieve a golden crisp finish. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 10 to 12 minutes without preheating, until they turn golden brown and crispy. Season lightly with additional salt and pepper while hot.
