  3. Combine Ingredients: Add the warmed brownie mix and 1/4 cup whole milk to the cream cheese and beat until the mixture is uniform and smooth.
  4. Fold in Whipped Topping and Chocolate Chips: Gently fold in the 8 ounces of whipped cream and 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips using a spatula, being careful not to deflate the whipped cream.
