- 1 10-ounce bag mini marshmallows
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1 ¾ cups white chocolate chips

- Prepare Pan: Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and set aside to ensure easy removal of the nougat candy later.
- Melt Chocolate: Place white chocolate chips in a small, microwave-safe bowl and microwave on high for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, stirring every 30 seconds until completely smooth and creamy. Set aside.
- Heat Marshmallows and Butter: In a medium mixing bowl, combine mini marshmallows and unsalted butter. Microwave on high for 2 minutes or until the marshmallows have puffed up and risen to the top.
- Combine Mixture: Remove the bowl from the microwave and stir thoroughly until the butter is fully melted and the marshmallows are smooth and combined.
- Add Chocolate and Gumdrops: Quickly stir the melted white chocolate into the marshmallow mixture. Then add all but ⅓ cup of the Dots candy and fold evenly to distribute throughout the nougat.
- Form Nougat: Immediately pour the mixture into the prepared pan. Spray your hands with cooking spray and spread the mixture evenly in the pan.
- Garnish: Press the reserved ⅓ cup of Dots candy onto the top of the nougat, filling in any gaps for a colorful and festive appearance.
- Set and Cool: Allow the nougat candy to cool and set at room temperature for at least 4 hours and 25 minutes before cutting into squares and serving.
