These Chocolate Peppermint Grahams combine classic graham crackers dipped in smooth milk and white chocolate, topped with crushed peppermint candy canes for a festive and delicious treat that's perfect for the holiday season.

Chocolate Coating
- 11 ounce package milk chocolate, melted
- 11 ounce package white chocolate, melted
Other Ingredients
- 4 peppermint candy canes, crushed
- 24 graham cracker squares (or 12 full size crackers)
Instructions
- Melt Milk Chocolate: Place the milk chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat for 30 seconds. Stir the chocolate and continue heating in 30 second intervals, stirring each time, until the chocolate is smooth and fully melted, about 90 seconds total.
- Dip Graham Crackers: Dip one end of each graham cracker square into the melted milk chocolate. Lay the dipped crackers on parchment paper and allow the chocolate to set completely.
- Melt White Chocolate: In the same manner as the milk chocolate, melt the white chocolate by microwaving in 30 second intervals and stirring until smooth.
- Dip Other End and Add Peppermint: Dip the opposite end of each graham cracker into the white chocolate while it is still warm. Immediately sprinkle the crushed peppermint candy canes over the white chocolate. Allow to set completely on the parchment paper.
Notes
- Use Ghirardelli candy melts for no-tempering required and excellent flavor.
- To speed up setting, refrigerate dipped graham crackers for about 15 minutes.
- Store finished graham crackers in an airtight container at room temperature or in the fridge for a colder texture.
- Crush candy canes by placing them in a plastic bag and gently smashing with a rolling pin—kids enjoy helping with this step!
- Substitute dark chocolate for milk chocolate if preferred.
